Resourceful Community Scrapstore CIC is a not-for-profit charitable organisation. We charge membership fees to help cover rent and transport costs and keep the Scrapstore running.
To take or buy scrap you need to be a member of our Resourceful Community.
Everyone is welcome to join as a member. Whether you’re joining as an individual, a community group, from nurseries, pre-schools, children’s centres, schools or care settings, you can help create a sustainable community for us all.
Non-members are welcome to browse, donate scrap, attend activities and purchase certain items (eg pre-packed craft kits or fabric bundles).

Membership types
Membership is for a whole year, starting from the date you join. You’ll receive a membership card which you’ll be asked to show every time you visit.

Join the community
You can join by visiting the Scrapstore and completing a short form. Membership starts immediately, so you can start shopping straight away.
You can download the membership form before your visit, or complete one at the Scrapstore.
